Ayurveda + Yoga Classes

Yoga and Ayurveda are considered sister sciences. These two sciences overlap considerably, and where they differ they compliment each other. Yoga is traditionally practiced as a spiritual sadhana (disciplined practice), and ayurveda has the aim of maintaining or restoring a being to complete health. 
 

These classes are intended to empower students with preventative health techniques, educate about how to personalise yoga and exercise for themself, ways to manage stress, to use the body's innate mechanisms to induce relaxation, and learn how to sift through the vast world of health information to find what is relevant to your personal needs.

Each class will consist of yoga asana, and also a wider range of yogic and ayurvedic techniques such as relaxation techniques, invigoration techniques, breath work, as well as education about the general principles of ayurveda and restoring your personal balance point.
